Hello,

My name is Jim Dadaos, founder of the Tristar Automotive team. I am an ASE certified Tech who spent years with Jaguar, Aston Martin, MG and Triumph, where I entered into management, then moved to Sonoma County to run a Chevrolet Service department. In 1991, I decided to head out on my own, bringing Rick Sanguinetti and Ron Parola together to form the Tristar team!

Collectively, we bring over 50 years of automotive experience to the table, with a wide range of dealer training from GM and Ford to Honda, Jaguar, Saab, Aston Martin, Fiat, and the list goes on and on. As a result of having many years of experience involved in restoring and collecting cars of their own and for others, Rick and Ron also had developed a vast collective knowledge of the complete restoration process.

Throughout the years, we have added additional ASE certified technicians who have a broad knowledge base of the automotive industry. They are Smog, Brake & Lamp Certified and regularly attend updated training courses in all aspects of automotive repair.
